1. Send a proof link
Add service, date, deposit amount and your cancellation window. Send the link in Instagram, WhatsApp, SMS or email.
BookAgree helps salons send a polished booking policy link before holding the slot — then saves proof that the client accepted the deposit, cancellation and no-show terms.
Launch focus: UK + US salons and beauty pros. Works alongside Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, SMS, Square, Fresha, Booksy, Calendly or your current deposit method.
This page explains the product and builds trust. The private dashboard is separate: salons use it to create proof links, track accepted policies, mark deposits paid, and track deposit status.
Public marketing page for explaining BookAgree, pricing, trust, SEO, and early access.
Private salon workspace for creating proof links and managing booking evidence.
A separate client-facing link where the customer accepts the booking and deposit policy.
Add service, date, deposit amount and your cancellation window. Send the link in Instagram, WhatsApp, SMS or email.
The client sees the appointment details and accepts the deposit/no-show policy with a checkbox and typed signature.
Mark deposit paid or add a payment reference. If a booking issue happens, generate a clean Record timeline.
This is the exact flow the first MVP should make real: agreement first, payment separate, evidence stored safely.
BookAgree exists because beauty pros should not have to choose between being friendly and protecting their time. We help small businesses set expectations before the appointment — without sounding harsh, legalistic or awkward.
BookAgree stores the booking details, policy version, acceptance timestamp, typed signature, reminder log, and optional payment reference. If a client booking issues a no-show or late-cancellation deposit, you are not digging through screenshots at midnight.
Exactly what the client accepted, including deposit amount and cancellation window.
Upload or note the PayPal, bank transfer, Square, Stripe, Cash App or Zelle reference.
A simple export for your records or to support a payment booking issue response.
Founder pricing for the first salons. Payments are handled separately in v1, so setup stays fast.
Not in v1. The client accepts the deposit policy in BookAgree, then pays using the method the salon already uses: bank transfer, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, Square, Stripe link or similar. The salon can save the payment reference.
Yes. The first launch is designed for UK/US salons and beauty pros, using English templates and privacy-first data collection. EU expansion is possible, but we should keep v1 narrow.
The v1 should collect only necessary booking proof data, show a privacy notice, avoid card storage, allow deletion/export requests, and keep records only as long as needed. Templates are prepared, but should be legally reviewed before broad production launch.
No. Nobody can guarantee a bank or platform outcome. BookAgree helps organize clear evidence: accepted policy, timestamp, appointment details, reminders and payment reference.
Yes. Many use apps, but plenty of independent beauty pros still discuss and confirm bookings through Instagram, WhatsApp, SMS and Facebook. BookAgree is for that messy middle.
We are setting up the first founder users for free for 60 days in exchange for feedback.
